Welcome to the Work Management Institute (“WMI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, courses, training programs, certifications, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

If you enroll in a WMI course or certification, you affirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Share login credentials with others.

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Services.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from courses, revocation of certifications, or termination of your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All WMI content—including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, lesson materials, assessments, digital badges, branding, and website content—is the intellectual property of the Work Management Institute.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any WMI materials without express written permission.
Course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features (such as courses or certifications), you may be required to create an account on our learning platform or website.
You agree to:

Keep your account information accurate and up to date.

Maintain the confidentiality of your password.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Payments, Refunds & Pricing
All prices for courses, certifications, and related products are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time.
Unless otherwise stated:

All purchases are final.

Refunds may be granted only in limited cases at WMI’s discretion.

Access to a course or program will only be activated once payment is successfully processed.
If you enroll through a third-party provider (e.g., LearnWorlds), their payment terms may also apply.
6. Certification Requirements
For any WMI certification (including the Certified Associate in Work Management—CAWM):

You must meet all stated requirements, including completing required lessons, passing assessments, and complying with any submission guidelines.

WMI reserves the right to modify certification requirements at any time.

WMI may revoke or suspend a certification if we determine it was obtained fraudulently or the holder violates our policies or ethical standards.
7. No Professional or Legal Advice
All content provided by WMI is for educational purposes only.
WMI does not provide:

Legal advice

Financial advice
-
Employment guarantees
-
Professional services outside of training and education
Any decisions made based on WMI content are your responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

WMI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

WMI’s total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the corresponding program or course.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
Our Services may reference or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., LearnWorlds, Accredible, Asana).
We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or policies of these third parties.
Your use of any third-party services is governed by their separate terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to WMI, other users, or the platform.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WMI is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
