Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: November 2025

The Work Management Institute (“WMI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to ensuring that our website, online learning experience, and all digital content are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the standards outlined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

We believe that accessibility is a core part of effective work management—and that everyone should have equal access to education, certifications, and professional development.

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

WMI is actively working to:

  • Ensure our website and learning platform can be accessed and used by individuals with varying abilities.

  • Provide keyboard-friendly navigation.

  • Offer content that works with assistive technologies such as screen readers.

  • Maintain clear, consistent layouts and readable text.

  • Add alt text to meaningful images and graphics.

  • Deliver captions or transcripts for video and audio content whenever applicable.

  • Continually test and improve accessibility across our digital properties.

2. Accessibility Standards

We aim to meet the following recognized standards:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA

  • Section 508 (where applicable for U.S. users)

Our website is hosted on platforms (Wix or LearnWorlds) that include built-in accessibility features and alignment with modern standards.

3. Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing initiative. As we publish new courses, lessons, resources, and certification materials, we review them to ensure compatibility with accessibility best practices.

We also work with partners (such as LearnWorlds and Accredible) who maintain their own accessibility compliance frameworks.

4. Known Limitations

While we work hard to ensure全面 accessibility, some content or features may not yet be fully optimized. This may include:

  • Legacy content or older training materials

  • Third-party embedded tools

  • User-generated content such as comments or community discussions (if applicable)

If you encounter an issue, we encourage you to let us know so we can address it.

5. Feedback & Support

Your feedback is essential to helping us improve accessibility for all learners.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or learning experience, please contact us at:

accessibility@workmanagementinstitute.org

Please include (if possible):

  • The page or resource you were trying to access

  • The nature of the accessibility barrier

  • Any assistive technology you were using

  • Your preferred way for us to contact you

We aim to respond within 2–5 business days.

6. Alternative Access Options

If you need materials in an alternative format (such as a transcript, audio file, PDF, or simplified document), we will do our best to provide it upon request.

7. Continuous Improvement

WMI is committed to ongoing training, content reviews, and technology upgrades to ensure accessibility keeps pace with new standards, tools, and learner needs.
